I first found out about Morgan Page from the Sin Fin album, which was a compilation. This was a hella solid album with some truly remarkable tracks, and at the low, low price of free-ninety-nine, you’d have to have dicks for brains not to dee-ell it right stinking now.

These first two songs are both on Page’s own Cease and Desist album, which I can’t find anywhere. Sadsies. The dude does have a bunch of songs and a few albums on iTunes though, so buy those. Also, sign up for his monthly Podcast.

Comin’ atcha first is a remix of Tegan and Sara’s Walking with a Ghost. I’ve never actually heard the original, but the drumwork on this remix works so well with the cuts and guitar parts that I really don’t care to. How could it be any better by taking something away? The other is a remix of Hide and Seek, originally by Imogen Heap (but you knew that). I have heard the original cut of this one, and it was all kinda low-key or something. Morgan does the work a huge favor by introducing it to a kickin’ beat and does some really swell things with the flow. Plus you totally already know the words! Sweet.

The last one is a personal favorite of mine (taken from that Sin Fin album that is almost done downloading by now). You know Regina Spektor? Imagine what she would sound like if she were sucked into an alternate dimension of echoey synth and cymbals. Bring an extra pair of clean underpants.
